Oops, now that I look at that number, maybe your percentage is a little low. In any event, it surely is a small minority, which brings me back to the story of Sodom and Gomora and Abraham's pleading with the All Mighty and bargaining with him to save Sodom for the "just men" that might be in the city, the bargaining starts at 50 "just men", and the All Mighty goes all the way down (45, 40, 30, 20) to agreeing to spare the city if only 10 just men could be found. I think we should be just as magnanimous and, to the extent possible, not punish the just men with the evil ones.
