Bosco, I read some wise words from an Afghan, I cannot remember where, but the essence was, that there is nothing to bomb in Kabul that was not already bombed, most children have already been orphaned, so orphaning few more will not make a difference, starvation and utter poverty are already the norm. It will require some creative and selective strategy to make a difference there.
