Bill, I imagine it is difficult for any company in the EDP service business not to be into Y2K consulting. Of the 3 you mentioned, ACLY, IAIC and MatriDigm, ACLY is the only one in the DEC world as far as I know. I read so many numbers it is hard for me to keep them straight so I can't remember if it is 400,000 or 800,000 DEC machines installed world wide. But I do recall estimates that say by 2000 UNIX and NT will share evenly about 90% of the non IBM OS's. I would say there is a good market out even if only a small % use the migration tools instead of doing a full convert. BTW, I have the phone number of the fellow managing the NT conversion team. Let me know if you would like to talk to him. Bone up on your corn-pone though, this dude is from the South. Agree with you about the Shorts. I like making money coming and going - although I don't have experience to feel comfortable shorting yet. Luck - Marshall
