Tom, I disagree with you. I am however willing to concede that I don't know everything. IMO there are several qualities THAT ARE FAR MORE IMPORTANT than persistence. As an owner of a company the qualities to lead by example, learn from mistakes, minimize damage and capitalize on given opportunities are very important. Everyone does not have the capabilitites to do so. No matter what level of persistence someone has, it does not guarantee all of the above. I will grant you that she is a fighter. She will continue to do what she thinks is right. Is she capable of doing whats right for the company? I don't think so. Her actions and non actions over the course of the last two years speak for themself. There are different types of fighters. I prefer a fighter who does not like to loose. Who anticipates and reacts accordingly. Who continualy strives to be the best. The one that leads. CB on the other hand is a fighter out of desperation. She waits until the last possible moment, when she knows she has to do something. More smoke, more mirrors, anything to keep her swinging. Is this good for the company in the long run? NO WAY! Long term this practice will swallow her and the company up( it may already have). Short term it should make for some good trades. I personally do not wish anyone to lose money. Investors that have invested in this company because they beleive the company has a good product, deserve the best opportunities afforded them to have it succeed.IMO, CB is not it.
It will continue to serve everyone if we allow this? I think you might have a hard time explaining that to the people who bought this stock above six.Maybe even four. It will probably serve short term traders very well. Personnally I'd would love to see Chantel make it. With proper management and marketing it has a chance.
Finally, if she is that much of fighter and beleives so strongly in her ability to lead her company. Show me her money. Give the company the infusion of capital it needs, personally guarantee the reg s, buy enough shares to block the dissidents herself instead of spending the companies money to sue them. Any of these would show me she is fighting for what she beleives in.
