I'm not qualified to give that kind of advice. I guess the best response they could give is complete cooperation in the location and identification of all training camps, people involved, and sources of funds. It appears that the Taleban believe that is too high a price to pay. I imagine they believe that, were they to agree to anything like that suggestion, they would lose control of their country and be victimized by those same groups.
