I wondered how hamstrung they might be. After all, they are not loved by all their people. We, of course, having terrible intelligence from that part of the world (for very understandable reasons) have no idea exactly what their level of support is, but they do not even control the entire country- I heard 95%. So they are an unstable government, with almost no infrastructure and little control outside the cities (as I understand it). I wonder if they could even hand Bin Ladin over if they wanted to.
