I disagree, A nuke lear weapon, or Neutron bomb in several mountanous areas would force Bin laden to leave those areas or kill him. The old saying about Nukes is its wide footprint. finding a needle in the haystack is easy if you burn the hay. The issue with Nukes is the prescedent and the political cost's.
