Larry,
I have to believe that the company management is ready to make things happen, and just need the final blessing of their partner. Given the success of Cellnet, I think we will be in for a ride! The other application possibilities for IVDS will help, as well. Is Wincom's partner ready to win marketshare, rather than lose it to other successful deal makers like Cellnet? I got to believe that answer is -- you bet! ...So something should be happening sooner, rather than later.
Before the wild stock price and volume fluctuations had occured on the OTC, the stock was listed on the AMEX where the market valued the company over $4 (and I think it was over $5). When NEWS IS FINALLY ANNOUNCED I believe the marketplace will have something to fairly value the company and the price will again be much higher than it is now. Once the stock hits $3, we can start looking forward to being listed on a major exchange, such as the NASDAQ, and can look forward to more exposure to big investors, such as fund managers.
If there are short sellers out there, they will most definitely become the losers, when the news hits. They will certainly help to accelerate the upward price movement, as they must cover their loses. As time has progressed, the odds are less in their favor.
As I have stated before in this forum, Raoull, we need you now more than ever to drive this deal to completion, and show the investors and media just how big IVDS will be ;-)
