Hi Elmat, I can understand why the desire and enthusiasm to fund ventures may go down until folks extracted themselves out of the more critically damaged concepts already committed to. All the prior commitments and negotiated deals of nations, territories, corporations and individuals are back on the table for renegotiation. Including possibly the Eurozone and WTO matters.
