Yes indeed, George, if we see that cut corresponding with a higher lease rate (Latin America Agreement?),then we might see backwardization, especially if buyers pile into the nearby contract months. That in turn is going to put real pressure on the producers to buy back their hedges. Many are already under pressure anyway to do so because the black box delta hedge equation REQUIRES it.

We should soon see the perfunctionary Swiss and Dutch sales easily absorbed tonight, and then deal with the 10:02 EST PPT selling tomorrow. After they've shot off their rounds and knock it down four or five bucks it should then get interesting.
