Do PSM tehchnology advances negate some of the benefits of step and scan? This article has me concerned about my SVGI investment(which is considerable) and may explain SVGI's buying out IBM's equity stake in the former. Can you give a simple explanation of what PSM is and how it works? Just a paragraph or so if you have the time.
