I will not argue with you on the Israel question, beyond pointing out that while they, and possibly you, consider their use of terror tactics legitimate or necessary, there is no doubt that they have in fact employed terrorism as an instrument of state policy.

The Israelis have, as i've said many times, done terrible things and made terrible mistakes, including a policy of employing cruel terrorism in certain situations. ("An instrument of state policy" meaning as an instrument of the state policy to survive, I guess you mean.) You say you "won't argue," but leave with a characterization that omits such an enormous amount of the picture that it represents an argument.

But I won't argue.

I mean I really won't.

(That was not an argument....)
