Rich & All,
No!!! Things are now looking up! Bottom has been found. Nothing but up from here. When news such as this comes out,(the brokerages action)the
end is in sight.Having seen things such as this before,one always knows the large brokerage house is "leaking" this information in a last ditch attempt to hold price down for the last minute & aquire
the last bit they can at these depressed prices.
People always give up and sell just before they should. The last mile is no harder than the first! That is of course unless the location of the finish line is hidden from view,& the prize is unknown!!!
This is a battle not of wits & strength,but is instead a battle nerve
& strength of will.
Rich, Thanks!!! They will "let it be known" they can hold down the price for EVER, only when they know the price can not be held down much longer!!!
This is just a game of poker,and we are holding all ACES!!! Now we have seen their best "poker face" & know what kind of hand they hold!
Maybe we can beat them at their own game!!! Maybe I'll take that 2nd on my home & land & BUY,BUY,BUY!!! Perhaps we should all call friends with Deep Pockets & suggest they do the same!!!
We are about to win. It is always darkest before the dawn,& we can now see the first rays of light!!!
