Peter: I'm a long time lurker, first time poster here. Your recent posts have been excellent, a true example of what SI should be all about (but rarely is). Thanks for sharing your knowledge and intellect. Two questions: a] I was wondering (along with some others I'm would guess) if you could give us a non-jargon explanation of Ariad's work. I think I understand the logic but I become lost in the details. For instance, what is the connection between 'lck', 'yes', and the other proteins and osteoporosis? b] In your email, did you ask Ariad the same question you posed on the thread-Does their system work in the body?
