One thing that should prove interesting is how the credit card industry respond to events. Regular US mail has been delayed 2 to 3 days which will inevitably push some payments beyond their due dates. Will penalties be waved, or, beyond merely assessing penalties, will card companies use the opportunity to void teaser balance transfer rates?
