I've been reading the 10-K, and have a few questions. First, Lukens produces a non-proprietary set of products, competing with Johnson and Johnson. Is there concern that it will not be competitive, based on relative cost of production, limited marketing ability, etc.? Second, I noticed that there are warrents for 950,000 shares, to be purchased for $1.10 - $6.00 over the next few years. This represents about 35% addition to existing shares. I'm not an expert, but I would think that would dilute value to existing shareholders. Any thoughts?
