Susan, there is Zero difference between a Daytrader Long Scalp from a dip, and a shorter bopping a top... there is no difference...it's just a play on the intraday move.... If you are buying long and holding...than yes...i would say you are making a patriotic sacrifice... but if all you are doing is scalping long with the intention of selling at peak or end of day....then you're way out of line to bring up patriotism..
