Watch mortgage rates folks. This is an easy way for everyone to free up cash and pump into the economy. I still think the vix will see 50-60.......maybe higher. PO was 68 the other day. My fear here is the PPT, other countries and institutions can only prop us so long. As soon as that stops we could be in trouble. We broke 9000 on the dow....does that mean 7600 and 1357 (oct 98 lows)? I think so but the question is HOW LONG.
