First the IBM deal. I'll say 95% certain. IBM is buying boards that are already in production. PAGG is making them at the rate of 1500 per day. Those decoder boards are using ZiVA.

This is one of the first paragraphs in the from QI's news release about IBM. Notice the deal if for summer production units only..........................................

A major, American-based ``top-five'' PC maker has signed an agreement to license QI's CineMaster DVD decoding technology for installation on summer production units, making QI the first third party DVD technology provider for this manufacturer.

QI's board is ported to ZiVA, but it could be ported to another decoder, if the customer asked for it. Maybe the Fall production units will be IBM based.

No announcement may mean that Cube is looking at a few hundred K units from IBM, and the potential of loosing it later. IBM is also providing great DVD on it's machines. If their chip doesn't work as well, they can always keep using CUBE.

I agree that this is a big turn of events.
