If you use Outlook Express or some other email program other than a web-based system you can probably set it up to download those messages to your computer.

If the confirmations are just text you can copy them and paste into a word processor.

If they are attachments you can download them from hotmail. Look just above your reply, reply all, etc. buttons and see if there is an attachment. If it's there click on it and download to your desired folder.
