We are doing everything your post suggests. The only beef you have is hypothetical case where we would launch a "clumsy, ineffective and rage-driven" military response instead of a "precise, justified and effective" military response.

So - SUPPORT OUR PRESIDENT AND OUR LEADERS.

You now are slamming our President and our country for something you think they MIGHT do. I personally feel (as most Americans do) that our response will be precise, effective, and most of all JUSTIFIED.

You could learn something from your own post.
