It you weren't such an Intel apologist I would ask you if you think Intel really had the choices they wanted or are they still just trying to make the best out of a bad situation?

Oh sure, the spin will come...but tell me why Intel needs an agreement to bind them to Rambus...support Rambus?
Seems Rambus was in the weaker position but had some legal clout.
Of course, there is only ancedotal evidence of this for now.

So answer my question? Why does Intel even need an agreement to use Rambus? Rambus should be begging and holding their breathe that Intel will use their technology.
