Eric, Your thoughts are nice but in reality situation in third world countries is not that "clean and easy" to fix. Most off these 3rd world countries are ruled by dictators which in most cases are supported by west for some reason or the other. Majority of people living in 3rd world countries don't even know what Wall Street is - they are more concerned in getting a piece of bread (and I mean it) or sleep hungry. Also corruption is rampant, 90% or more of IMF/World Bank aid makes it way back to Swiss banks, development only happens on paper !!!
