Then it would be wise to suspend judgement during these early days, which is one of the points I was attempting to make. It's good to see that we're in agreement. A rare event indeed! I am not suggesting at all that one should reach any final judgements at this point. All I said, you may remember, was that a particular phrase struck me as a rather juvenile way to be talking about this problem. This bothered me because it doesn't suggest a sharp focus on the problem and because it can serve to provide support to those happy to blame their neighbors.
