kvkkc1, did you know that the Bush administration gave the Taliban $43 million to help them, as long as they declared the opium trade in the country to be illegal? I bet that money went to train more terrorists, not to help the farmers that have no other viable cash crop. This is an extremely tangled web that has been woven and won't easily be unraveled.
