Jim, Kuwait was invaded in 1990. If that footage was shot in 1991, it was in a very short window, long after Saddam's invasion that it allegedly celebrates. I think that piece is classic third-hand disinformation. (His professor claims to have identical footage ... etc.) Occam's Razor. - Mitch
