Eric - Are you talking about those despots that we financed when it suited us? Like Saddam?? Hey, seems we had no problem backing Bin Laden when he was fighting the Soviets. I wonder how many new ones we will back in the process of spreading cash around (uh, foreign aid) to further our goals this time. I hear Pakistan wants us to forgive their 30B debt for starters...
