I speak bluntly, this I how I speak with my fellow engineers when we are working on a solution that may likely have consequences of life and limb. You are going on and on about what are fringe consideration in the big picture. You are taking in hundreds of kilowatts and I'm thinking in the needed solutions of gigawatts. Some engineering just does not scale. Nuke plants come in nice sizes.

Consider all the high level nuclear waste to date would fit in a football field to a height of 15 ft. Consider millions of tons of co2 and so2 and lots of ash 2.

I know you did not say don't to nukes. I said think 95% nukes and when they are all there then let's discuss boutique esoteric energy production.

You speak of things that because they mean so little to the real solutions they are noise that hide the truth. Very few understand the complexity of reliable power generation.
That is why I speak as bluntly as I do.
