I am not Farrakhans's biggest fan but his remarks are reasonable. Possibly not popular but he has a point. America should look at its foreign policy. I grant that a lot of the attacks against America are biting the hand. Jingoistic power games and jealousy. We were bin Laden's biggest supporter at one time. But he turned against us, possibly because we stand in his way of overturning the Saudis. On the other hand we are not Lily white. It would pay to look at our enemy's reasons. He just did not wake up one day with a yen to strap on bombs and a patholical hatred to the colours red white and bluem due to the desert sun or a parasite. We must not be pleasing him somehow. We had better find out how. Perhaps there is no pleasing them but at least we should see what it takes short of building more targets for Islamic flying schools. EC<:-}
