The customer is always right, Karen ... ...have you heard that before, as well? Again, strictly in terms of the private sector environment. Where making money better than the competition pays the bills, rather than 'entitlement.' As a general rule of thumb, most businesses operate more or less with the belief that a happy customer is a 'good thing.' I believe these principles would apply to the rental videotape sector, unless that particular industry receives some sort of government subsidization outside of the normal corporate tax exemptions, etc. -g-
