Hi Tom,

I have decided to not be a hero in this market. <g> These titanium stocks have been volatile in the last few weeks. RTI took a big hit and did some recovery but has been giving since and TIE took a rather big hit today. <ggg> These companies have some value but there seems to be a lack of buyers. TIE is trading close to 50% of book and RTI also below book. I am also watching PD and it is getting sold with vigor. If these stocks start to look like they have some life I will buy a first third, but give myself an opportunity to buy the last 1/3rd at 50% below my first buy.

The one thing I thought of was the use of titanium in the SOF weapons. I sure wish I could get the specs on that high end weapon these folks use. I am sure it is classified, but there has to be some titanium in that monster.
