my two favourites are hdrn and xtrn.

and i disagree that these stocks have already seen their highs...with some (invn for instance) the point is well taken...but others are just getting started and will only benefit as a. more investors are drawn to the sector and b. the gov't starts spending money in earnest. the latter certainly has not happened yet, as i believe only one contract, certainly the first of many, has been handed out in the wake of the wtc attack.

an interesting subsection of the 'defense of the country' category is biological defense...if we do send troops into the middle east, protecting them against biological agents will be a high priority. a few biodefense stocks (hdrn, cphd) were up today, but both deserve to be higher considering the current political climate imo. and xtrn has barely moved at all.
