John: They need the rhetoric. I don't know when they will realize managing the nation's affairs takes a lot more skill. May be Gen. Powell can give them private tution. A 1400 Nas and a 7000 Dow is not inconceivable.
But Greenie may be bailing the big institutions with opening the spigot on the cash pipe.
I think currently the winners will be the retail investors who are managing their money wisely.
