Those three religions do claim to worship the same god. i.e. Muslims say Muhammad comes along and adds to the previous prophecies of Jesus and all the Jewish prophets who had the true god but now we have a new final prophecy. Christianity is harder as its doctrine of god is so different and weird to Jews and Muslims. But Jesus who was Jewish was talking about the Jewish God and his disciples never said that the Jews worshipped a different or false god.

This god is the same one worshipped at Babylon (Bab-Ilun Gate of Ilu or El or see Al-Illah Allah) and elsewhere in Mesopotamia, and in Canaan/Phonecia as El. There is a direct evolution through these religions to the present day phenomena. Judaism never said that the Canaanite's El was false god either. Rather the only true God and all the others were banned. El came to mean just "God" in Hebrew.
