In consideration that the President was not in the White House and they knew it, and that the White House was just a few seconds beyond the Pentagon as was the Capitol and that the pilot had the ability to fly the plane into the five story Pentagon, yes I am totally convinced that the Pentagon was the target, considering that these guys successfully hijacked four aircraft and destroyed both WTC towers and made a direct hit on the Pentagon, and if not for brave passengers would have made another direct hit.

But the most of the folks here think that pilot three got dumbstruck and just wandered around the nation looking for the White House and settled for precision flying into the Pentagon. I think they are a bunch of bigoted fools.
