OT--Very fine, Cary. It's just that you have a very nice investment discipline that would apply equally well to any industry. Right now, for example, there is tremendous chaos and opportunity in the airline industry. If one is attracted to the smell of blood in the street, that is the place to focus. It would be great to have your contribution to a discussion on that industry. But you have given some reasons for concentrating your gaze exclusively on "technology" and I must respect your choice.

You said, I wonder how one appears to be "American-born".

I have seen Turkish salesmen in the bazaar in Istanbul who could from fifty feet away spot a group of tourists consisting of an American, a Frenchman and a German and know instantly based on their dress and their walk which was which, without even hearing them speak. I'm not that good, but having spent some time in India, I can always tell an American-born person of Indian extraction from an Indian born in India upon hearing them speak one sentence. It has to do with certain pronunciations.
