Washington will see less of Yasser Arafat, and we will hear less talk about Israel's attempts to pre-empt terrorism being "inflammatory" and "provocative"... our previous signs of U.S. irresolution and squeamishness only led the terrorists into believing they can do to the U.S. what we've allowed them to do in Israel.....
