Ray: How very revealing of you. It sounds like you may be part of the system I described. Perhaps if you left the sheltered USA you would appreciate that attempts for equality so far have resulted in less for everyone. The loser in our system is still better off than the loser in most every other country in the plant.

I do think the pay at the top of corporations is a bit outrageous, but I do not see that it impacts the compensation of the other employees.

Equal opportunity is the goal, not equal results. Our greatest failing in providing equal opportunity is the great disparity between the quality of education in between inner city schools and the typical suburb school system.
