I'm not the DOS expert that Witch is, but I'll offer a guess anyway.
The command MD "C:\WINDOWS\Temporary Internet Files" failed. It made a directory "TEMPORAR", as you posted. This tells me that when you ran that batch file, DOS wasn't supporting long file names. If not, then the DELTREE command would have failed too.
You must either determine why long file names are not supported in DOS, or modify the batch file to use 8.3 filenames. I think changing to 8.3 format would be easier.
DELTREE /Y C:\WINDOWS\TEMPOR~1
I believe Windows will make a new temporary folder, so the MD command may not be needed, but you better test this for yourself. Without long file name support, you cannot create a folder named "Temporary Internet Files" in DOS.
I'll test this on my system immediately. If it works, I'll post about it later. If I don't reply to this post that things went OK, you'll know I had trouble.
