Jozef, You, like most Americans, logic and reasoning is way off. Do you honestly believe that we can march around in Afghanistan and take over the country? The former Soviet Union tried..... for 10 YEARS. Your plan looks alot like the operation plan to Desert Storm. Bomb them alot, then send in ground forces. How do you bomb a society that has nothing to begin with? No infrastructure, etc. They are already living in the Stone Age. When the day comes for a ground invasion, be prepared for many days of light casualties. Then, heavy casualties one day. And the situation repeats itself. I ask you how question: How do you defeat an adversary that is more than willing to lose his/her life for the defense of their beliefs?
