Andrew- Could you categorize the lithography groups? This would be a huge help to me to understand the market better - what needs the chipmakers(and others?) have and will have, and who is filling these needs. At present I'm familiar with the DUV group which seems to consist of Nikon, ASML, Canon, and SVGL. I'm aware that technologies are being worked on for the future to surpass DUV capabilities, but I don't know the players or the technologies. And I think there is also a market currently for more traditional technology. Is there also a distinction between volume producers and specialized producers? Thanks for the great posts in the past, and I hope you won't mind introducing me to the lithography market as a whole.
