Back to business- I don't think SW is like rolling the dice anymore... Its operating in the black, its got management, its got products, on and on. CW let the PROFITS secret out of the bag in the CEN article. The only barrier now is getting $2 Mil to get back on the NASDAQ. That is CW's specialty(from the San Jose News Feb Article): ..."Walker is a woman more accustomed to seeing spreadsheets and company financials on her computer screen than the green splat shaped villians of Orion Burger. But (former chairman) Beninger figures SW needs all the no nonsense financial expertise it can get... ..."Shes got Wall Street smarts and toughness", he said, "shes a highly respected person on the money side of this game..." ...And Wall Street certainly knows Walker. During 15 years on "the street" Walker helped pioneer software and info systems analysis while working at 5 brokerage houses and market research firms. She has done investment banking deals, served as Chief exec of a market "think tank" and engineered a deal that merged her right out of a job...
