Some observations, questions...

Looks to me that EPS is expected to be lower than last year. Going backwards sure isn't going to attract any new MM. MM's for that matter don't need to be made aware of SNDK, they are very familiar with SNDK. Just like us, they are waiting for more favorable signs before they jump in with both feet. Look for an increase in institutional ownership before SNDK will go anywhere.

Assuming Christmas will SNDK's time to turn things around ,are they capable of ramping up to supply the demand?

I've heard the comparison to IOM before but what SNDK will always lack is retail visability and being the only game in town. SNDK will never be a household name nor are they the only game in town. If they are indeed cocky about their products, heaven help them.

I will admit that keeping a close eye on SNDK is a good idea although storing your money in a stock that isn't moving is a waste of good money making potential somewhere else. However it may be a good time to write some covered calls if you don't feel like moving out.

Comments are welcome.
