ASML is one of the 4 semi-equips on my current list(others are AMAT, KLAC, NVLS). I am not buying here because I have a big chunk left over from my SVGI holdings. ASML has gone down quite a bit, but I don't have buy levels. A general idea would be to start buying ASML when AMAT hits $30.
