well, the footage was billed as 'live', some time AFTER the attack. so it would have been very late in the afternoon. i'm not saying they didn't celebrate, as some probably did...after all there ARE a lot of people there that hate the US due to its alliance with Israel.
i only presented this as a small snippet on how our media are not entirely trustworthy.
