I'm willing to go to a max of 30% margin, for a limited period of time (till the next 50% rally in the SOX), in these exceptional circumstances (that is, when I hear no one saying anything positive about the stock, the sector, or the market). I will definitely lighten up on rallies, I have no intention of carrying margin LT (unless you consider my mortgage to be a form of margin, since I could have paid cash for my house, but decided to leave my portfolio intact).
