That basically means that if you are a woman, you never ever get to see a doctor. Kind of hard to have babies no? This culture is in the stone age ... somebody tell them what year we're in.

It has banned women from seeing male doctors and it prevents women from practicing medicine.

My missionary sister-in-law who is also a nurse trained in Canada lived in Pakistan for awhile and she shared with me some of the sexual diseases that these women have that never receive attention. They get the sexual diseases of course from their husbands. She became friends with many of these women and was able to give them medical attention they never would have received otherwise. The Moslem women were very moved that a complete stranger could care so much about their health.

When the community realized this evil Canadian woman was giving women medical attention and talking to them about God they threw her out of Pakistan. God is off limits too.
