Jim,<<<So what is your point?>>> Sorry. That was just a poor attempt at irony. Trying to be sarcastic, humorous, and using language for one meaning for one audience and another for a different audience. It was a total failure. 1. My main point was to suggest that the use of Political Correctness occurrs only in highly developed nations/civilizations with well defined core values - and that we are the only nation on earth that fits that profile. 2. My second point was that there are people who seem to denigrate "PC" because they are not confortable with not being able to express "freely", in certain social situations, certain attitudes that people connected to Political Correctness seem to discourage.
