Trust also to participate in investor conferences

CALGARY, Sept. 18 /CNW/ - APF Energy Trust announces that its next
monthly distribution will be $0.25 per trust unit, comprised of the basic

"Given our second and third quarter acquisitions, as well as current
commodity prices, we were happy that we had the capacity to add $0.05 to our
basic monthly payment of $0.20", commented Martin Hislop, President & C.E.O.
of APF Energy Management Inc.
Mr. Hislop also announced that APF is participating in a series of
investor conferences in Montreal, Toronto and Halifax next week. "Given the
tremendous growth we have experienced during the year, we thought it would be
a good opportunity to get out and talk about our operating and financial
results, as well as our plans for the future". Further details regarding the
investor conferences are available on APF's website by clicking on
"Presentations".
