Richard - Market cap is not $98 million. You are assuming that the
the total shares offered at IPO (3 million) is the number of shares outstanding. The actual shares outstanding is 12,769,604. Therefore,
the market cap is more than 4 times your estimate. Do you still that
the price not not out of whack?
